CDL Nav is an informational compliance planning tool and does not constitute formal legal representation or an official certified scale weight ticket.
Drivers and motor carriers remain solely responsible for verifying certified CAT scale weights, seasonal frost-law restrictions, local bridge postings, kingpin markings, and mechanical fifth-wheel/tandem locking pin safety prior to highway operation.
CDL Nav offers a complimentary Free Tier plus optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions (Owner-Operator Pro Monthly at $19.99/month, Owner-Operator Pro Annual at $149.00/year, and Fleet Safety Director Pro at $79.00/month). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID Account Settings.
In addition to these terms, your use of the iOS application is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
